Is my PM rate correct?

Hey,
I have a VDD PM. Some times I feel that it stops me to continue running, not sure if the settings are ok for someone who is running a lot.
Here they are:
Mode: VDD, Mode switch off, Rates: Lower:50, upper 150
AV intervals: sensed AV 120ms, rate adaptive AV: on
Start rate: 70ppm, stop rate: 150PPM min SAV 30ms
Refractory/Blanking
PVARP:auto, min: 250, pvab:150 VertRef:230 PMT Interv:off PVC resp:off

Artial High Rate Epsisodes:
detection rate: 180
Detection duration: 5sec
Termination Beats: 5 Beats

Vent High Rate Episodes:
Det: 180
Det Beats: 3
Termination Beats: 2

Reason I got PM: 2/3 degree Heart Block
Uppaer chamber is ok, lower needs to be paced

Hi Rob,
I have had my PM for about 14 months. During this time I have made several adjustments in order to keep up the exercise.

Firstly, I had my upper rate increased to 170. ( I am aiming to have this increased again soon to 180).

Secondly, the rate response mode in most PMs relies on movement from you in order to increase your HR. For me this was a nuisance- I must use my arms a lot when I move so my HR was increasing for no particular reason. eg. Slow stroll window shopping= HR 140. So my cardiologist turned the rate response mode off.

Now I can run and I feel ok.
My PM was implanted for the same reason yours was.
