immigrating to new zealand with a pacemaker from South Africa

Hi I'm looking at immigrating from South Africa to New Zealand with a pacemaker I'm 41 years old  with dual chamber pacemaker left and right bundle branch block sick sinus

Anyone know if it's possible or done the move ? 

I don't want to spend all the money and when I get to the medical they say NO

If you haven't already done so, I would get clearance from your doctors and ask your cardiologist for a letter confirming your heart condition and the effectiveness of your pacemaker treatment to control any symptoms.  I would also ask your doctor to (hopefully) confirm that you are more than fit to travel and start a new life in New Zealand and that your pacemaker in no way affects your ability to work.   A letter from your doctors will be ESSENTIAL to support any application.  

I would also prepare a personal letter outlining your many skills, detailing just what you have to offer to New Zealand.  Like all countries, they won't want to take on someone in need of expensive medical treatment unless they have the ability to work and earn and/or financial means to pay for their own care.

Your pacemaker records can be transferred to a hospital in New Zealand and your care should not be affected in any way.  You will just need to find a good cardiologist/electrophysiologist and hospital to take over your care.

I do not see why a pacemaker should prevent you from living the life of your choosing but maybe I would send your cardiologist's letter to the New Zealand authorities first for an opinion before you proceed with any formal application and incur any expense.  Good luck, I hope you are successful.  New Zealand sounds a perfect location
