GPS tracker

I'm sure the GPS tracker uses LTE (normal cell network) for communcation back to its mothership.  The GPS part is passive and the reporting part is a normal cell phone sort of thing.  No, there is no possibility that a cell transmitter in the truck is going to bother the driver.  You have a cell phone, right?  The truck's is the same deal but furhter away from you (good thing).

Zero chance of this happening. I hope things work out for you. I had a security guard tell me I shouldn't have gone through a metal detector.  I said that DR said it would be fine and the wanker wanted to argue with me. Some people are just stupid and ignorant.

interference

As the others said, no chance of it interfering with a pacer. Do you have an icd or pacer? If it's an icd, the issue could be commercial drivers license, and icd will prevent you from having a CDL. But just a pacer you are fine. Get a note from your doctor.
