Had a strange appointment with my cardioligist. She was talking about pissible treatments if my symptoms get worse. She ssid i was likely not to find a match for a transplant since i was "so big". I am only 6'1" and 210 pounds. Never heard of this.

I wanted to thank everyone for their comments. I feel she is "down" on heart transplants and has been encouraged by all the other advances regarding devices (kind of odd since she is the head of the transplant unit). She was talking about a small LVAD that was developed in Israel that could be inplanted. Not yet available in the U.S.

Never had it. She said she decided not to put me through it. Instead sher wants me to have a "passive" nuclear stress testinJsanuary, foloowed by a possible stent if it would help.
This is never ending. They do not know what to do since my EF is relatively low (25-30) but I am in Class 1 or 2. No real symptoms.
You know you're wired when...
Your electric tooth brush interferes with your device.

I am very happy with mine. I am in the best shape of my life. I lift weights, compete, bike, golf and swim.
Probably depends on artery sizes etc.

I suspect that the comment was more around the size of the root of your aorta and SVC/IVC sizes. If you have a large aortic root, I can imagine that it would be difficult to plumb a small aorta from the donor heart into your aortic root, and at the pressures and flexions required, this bit of plumbing is really critical.
Less to do with your height/weight, I think.
