My PM was installed in October this year. I have the occasional glass of wine or a beer about 3 times a week, only one glass.

No, pacemakers taste terrible.
The best answer will come from your EP or cardiologist. They know your condition far better than we do.
My cardiologist told me some time ago that one drink a day wouldn't hurt and may even be beneficial. Of couse SMBO immediately said "forget it". She knew the wheels were already spinning in my head. He didn't say how big "a drink" was. She's learned too much about me in the last 48 years. ;-)
