sleep apnea??

Has anyone heard about the relationship between sleep apnea and the relationship to arrhythmias?

There is a high correlation between sleep apnea and arrythmias, especially atrial fibrillation. You can google this and there will be much info that can support this.

Hi,

I had sleep apnea for about 6 mo to a year before I got SSS and the doctor thinks that apnea was responsible for my problems. There is a lot of info out there like the others said. My first husband died because the doctor misdiagnosed his sleep apnea and discounted how much trouble that it could cause.

Lenna, are you wearing a CPAP now. Did the SSS symptoms go away or lessen? I am canidate for PM and just completed a sleep study, waiting on results.
