Atrial Tachycardia

Hello everyone, im here to ask if anyone has the same problem as me. I am 20 years and have had my pacemaker for 2 years now. I required a pacemaker because of heart block caused from a previous doctor ( ablation for WPW ). Now ive had this probelm with playing sports. I have the problem especially when i try to sprint. I had a exercise test and found that my heart goes into 2 to 1 atrial tach when my heart rate tops at 180. I cant do the things i used to do because of this and want to get it fixed. I have an appointment in 2 weeks to discuss getting a different pacemaker to support my high heart rate ( about 210 ) . Does anyone have this problem and has anyone gotten it fixed? I want play college sports and need this fixed before I can. Thanks!
