Pacer bouncing during exercise

Brand new here. I have had my pacer since 8/18 and new pulmonary valve 6/19 (was born without one and made it to 66 with few problems) . I have been a fitness instructor most of my adult life.  Now that I am all healed and have been back to exercise since 7/19 I am exercising like I did years ago.  My problem is that my pacer bounces when jumping or doing other high impact moves and it gets a little painful.  I'm sure others have experienced the same and wonder what solutions you have come up with.  I'm female, by the way. I am hoping to start a jump roping class soon and looking for ideas on how to keep the PM in place. Thanks in advance for any information.

sports bra

It's all about the sports bra! As long as mine is nice and snug, both the girls and the pacer don't move enough to bother me.

Mine shifts if I hang from the pull up bar, haven't found a solution to that one other than either suck it up or back off and do something else.

Where my pacer is, even with wide straps it doesn't hold it.  I wish I'd been given the option to have it placed on my side, but too late for that.  I appreciate the comment, tho.

Bouncing

I haven't experienced discomfort from bouncing. I read the doctor's reports from the implant procedure and it specifically states: ". A stay suture was placed in the apical lateral pocket to prevent device migration". Not sure if that's anything of notable difference.

sub pec

My first 4 were submammary so it was buried so deep it was never even an issue. The newest is subpectoral, so it's low enough the bra holds it in place, but enough off to the side that it moves when my arm is overhead. I liked the first placement better! I've thought about having it moved but it's more annoying than painful so haven't done it.

Stay suture

I have that. Just not enough to hold it during real high impact moves, I guess.  I'll live with it.
