update

HelloFriends
I posted last week about twitches in my chest and missed heart beats. I went to the doctor today and had my pm interrigated. It's been 2 months since the pm was put in and today they turned the voltage from 5 to 2.5. It was amazing how the tech could create the tic on demand for me. So that should be solved.
The missed beats I was feeling were after I exercised. Turns out I had an upper rate of 130. They moved it up to 160. Afterwords they put me on a holter monitor and when I ran 30 minutes I had no missed beats.
I think she also told me my atrium is 70% paced and my ventrical is negligable.
I'm greatly encouraged today. I know it can all go south pretty fast, so I'll take it one day at a time and enjoy today.
thanks to all those who responded to my other post. It always brings relieg and comfort

PM settings

Hey Rusty: So glad to hear they've diagnosed your problems and come up with settings that will likely alleviate them. Isn't it amazing, this process of figuring out what works, what doesn't and how to fix it? Glad you've got a doc/EP who listens to you and tries to find solutions. Next things I expect to hear that you're back to training for another marathon with your new-found upper rate of 160 bpm. Keep us posted! Take care, Cathryn
