Lypmh nodes enlargement at both arm pits after fixing the PAcemaker.

I got the PM implant fixed on 7th March. Yesterday I noticed Lymphglads enlarged at both arm pits, only slight pain. Is it of concern or I can just forget it? Did anybody had this problem??

It's unlikely its related to the pacer but enlarlged lymph nodes should always be checked out.
