Just had biventricular implant. Zero pain until middle of night on day four. Terrific back pain when I breath. Went to MD next morning. All tests fine including repeat x ray. He suggested nsaids/tylenol. Today a little better but when I bent over had some chest wall pain. I assume that the chest pain is from implant pulling. Ther back pain could be anything including spasms or tension.

I've had a pinched nerve in my back that felt like you described. A chiropractor got it a lot better, then alternating heat and ice fixed the rest. It happened because I was sleeping in funky positions when I was too sore to sleep on my side like I normally do.
