I have a Boston Scientfic, an ACCOLADE.
I'd like to run at one 'speed' but for sleep, slow down and run at a lower speed.
Is this possible?

The short answer is yes. How this is done depends on your pacing indication and usage but a 'rest rate' is programmable.
