Bend over

Does anyone experience skipping beats and residual symptoms of light headed ness when bending over to say put something in a cabinet or picking something up? It has been happening a bit more frequent and has been a bit of an annoyance.

when it happens, the symptoms seem to linger for a while.

Any thoughts out there and as always thank you.

Could your bp be dropping on change of position? That's unrelated to pacing.

I have POTS, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. Happens all the time to me every time I bend over to pick something up.
