Question about technique

So I'm post op day 3 second lead revision with pocket revision by my plastic surgeon this time..  I am wondering if anyone else has had their device anchored around collarbone with permanent braided sutures... or am I a crazy case of they didnt know what else to do to keep my device from failing to maintain correct position. Anyone have experience with vicryl mesh and fine line sterox Boston lead implant? As nurse the word mesh scares the shi!! Outta me even though vicryl is a dissolvable type.. please someone tell me they have this type of toe down !! Very concerned as I'm very active 33 mom and nurse. Thanks!

Twiddling

I have a Boston Scientific dial chamber pm.  It has become dislodged twice, and surgically repaired once.  I'm scheduled to have it taken out and a new Micra by Medtronic placed.

I've had a gastric bypass 10 years ago that resulted in a200 lb weight lots and way lose skin and muscles.  I've also had a double mastectomy and reconstruction with implants.  What started happening with me is when I would roll over at night, because the implant is to small in a way to big picket for my breast, the implant would push the pm into my collar bone and force it to roll over.  It retracted my atrial lead and had to be surgically repaired.  Unfortunately the first EP doc didn't address the cause and blamed me for intentionally causing it, and caused twiddlers syndrome.  After he refused to believe me and called me a lying drug addict to my face in the recovery room, I found a new surgeon.  This one believes no attachment technique is going to work, there simply isn't enough muscle or subcutaneous tissue left to secure it to.  So next week in getting the new Micra by Medtronic, it isn't a dual chamber, but it is better than nothing!
