Pain

I had a pacemaker placed Sept. 25, 2018, and since that time I've been having pain in the center of my chest, my neck, and upper back. The pain is not related to the implant site, as that area is just tender at this point. I also get tingling in my left hand like it's asleep. I've had a chest xray, device checks, and an echo, and all of them show that everything is a-ok, but the pain continues. Any ideas? I'm pretty frustrated at this point.

I'd try a chiropractor next. Sometimes when they manipulate us things can get out of alignment, then we are sore so we sleep in new positions the first few weeks. Massage might help, too.

I had that too !

I agree with Tracey. I had that too and I do believe it came from lack of movement and favoring my left arm and the way I was sleeping afraid to put any pressure near my chest. I got a moist heat rice (?) bean (?) filled bag type pad that you put in the microwave for 90 seconds and I would place that on my shoulder and arm and back. It worked wonders helping ease the tightness and pain. I bought mine at CVS pharmacy. I think they sell them at any pharmacy or on Amazon. It worked great !
