Hi
I introduced myself recently on another thread - as I am having a PM inserted on Wednesday. This follows a stent last Thursday - Keeping people employed.
Briefly again [sorry]: Age 73 with a history of controlled hypertension with relatively strong meds. I had a "dizzy spell" accompanied by low BP 2.5 weeks ago. Subsequent reviews led to the stent last week and, on that occasion, the need for a PM was identified.
However 17 days after the "incident" I have moderate BP WITHOUT any meds.... From 126/74 to 108/51 and occasionally even lower.
My expectation, to now incorrect, was that I would be back to needing my usual dose of 300mg of irbesartan each day - Instead I need none.
Has anyone else had an experience like this [or knowledge of] that you'd care to share?
I am wondering if the PM will assist?

Believe or not, a pace makwer does not really affect blood pressure
