recovery period

I still feel a bit tired 1 week after impant. Also,my breathing is a bit more labored, not shortness of breath. Likely residual from the anastheia, the implanbt process   or silght pain.

Is this normal?

While it can be an effect of the anesthesia or even after effects of the procedure, it could also be that your device settings are not optimized for your needs. Make sure to share all the symptoms you are experiencing with your Electrophysiologist and share your lifestyle so he/she can get a clear picture of your specific needs. When they implant our devices they have to guess at what settings you need and it is not unusual for them to adjust the settings after implant, but if you don't share the information with them, they may think all is well. and by the way, the statement your device is operating as expected does not mean it's set right for you.
