Thanks!

Thanks Valerie for sending out the update. I just got home and what do you know the first thing I do get on here. This time the pain is far worse than the others. The drugs sure don't last as long as I wish. They took my entire SA Node and as Valerie said my pulse is now set to a normal speed at 70 entering into surgery it was sitting at 130 he said it didn't take much work figuring out things.
I probably won't be on for a couple days because i'm lazy and just wanna sleep. Please know that each of you are in my prayers. Take care of yourself and have a beautiful week.

Tammy

Tammy,

Thanks for the update. It's amazing how rest can make such a big difference.

You're in my thoughts. Blake

sleep rejuvenates one. you need it to recover. when i first came home i did a lot of it. i asked my cardiologist and he said of course you have been very ill. your body will heal with sleep and good nutrition. so rest rest rest and don't look back jessie

You know you're wired when...

You have a maintenance schedule just like your car.

I finished 29th in London in 2 hours 20 minutes 30 seconds which is my fastest with or without a device so clearly it didn’t slow me down ! I had no problems apart from some slight chaffing on my scar - more Vaseline next time.
