Hi everyone, Monday May 21st surgery, now two days out. I have maligant neurocardiogenic syncope so hope it helps. I found out via a reading I am pacing 93% of the time. I was floored! cannot imagine how I functioned fairly well without it. Glad to hear Tedd you are doing fine. I shifted my worry from surgery now to full healing. going to start walking again today. Thx for having this forum!

Well walk, anyway. Walkign won't hurt you, just don't go far enough that you can't get back. Learn your limitations but I think you'll find you're able to do more now than before. Just be careful to keep your hand below your shoulder and don't reach for anything. Also try to keep from bouncing around too much, until the wound heals and the pocket completely forms. Walking is perfect. I started back walking after 48 hours and back to my normal routine within a week.
