Purple arm

Got the second pacer Feb 6th of this year, right side now. I've had some struggles with PVCs, but all else went well this time. Fast forward to March 23rd and all the sudden my arm is getting engorged with blood when I'm active and draining poorly. I can massage the blood down, and that helps most of the time. Other times I can be fairly active and nothing out of the norm comes about. Doc ordered a venogram tomorrow to have a look. Anyone share a similar experience?

Just started feeling like my old self again, lol. Did my first chin-up in a long while and may have caused myself some trouble. Doc said it's unlikely that I pulled something, but more likely a roving clot. Also said that arm clots are almost never as risky as leg clots. Strange, have to do some research.

My subclavian is as large as my thumb and perfectly clear. The mystery continues. The doc thinks I could have had a clot, but he and I both think the arm would have gotten larger and painful if that had been the case. I did a little research after it happened and my arm certainly didnt look blown up like a balloon as most arm clots do. Going to stick with baby asprin for now and keep an eye on it. Figured I'd buy a compression sleeve while I'm at it.
