having problems with my knees is it safe to wear a magnetic knee strap thank you in anticipation.

Rule of thumb with magnets is keep them 6" from the pacer. If you get it too close, it's probably not going to affect it anyway because newer pacers are well shielded. Worst case, if it's strong enough it can put it in test mode like when they interrogate. The puck that they use to interrogate is a magnet. Remove it and it goes back to full function.
