I have had my pacemaker since april of 2014. I have always had minor pain and the occasional itching around the place it sits, but recently I have been having more sharp and sudden pain spikes. Some range from a second or so and are bearable, others last a few seconds and feel like a hammer to the chest. My left arm has been aching more and more lately, so here I am to ask and see if others have experienced anything like this. The pain isn't stimulated by physical activity, more often then not it happens when I am at rest or trying to lay down and get some sleep. I am just worried because it seems to have become far more frequent and less and less like its sitting on an angry nerve. I appreciate any and all feedback from others.
Thanks in advance for your replies.

Chest pain?

Your heart condition could have changed since 2014.
In my opinion, a new chest pain needs to be checked out. It could be nothing, still a call to your cardiologist is in order.
