My opinion...For what it's worth

Forever curious, I too had to look up "circulation booster."
It looks to me like some form of a TENS unit. The jury is out as to whether pacemaker recipients should completely avoid them. The eletrical impulses don't really spred very far from the electrode site, so I think as long as you use it only on the extremities, you should be okay.
My totally inexpert opinion is that using the device on the feet would probably be safe. However, I notice it can also be used elsewhere on the body. I wouldn't use it on my back, neck, shoulders or chest.
I tried one

Bought one before I had a pacemaker when I did have occasional AF episodes but not that often.
First (and only ) time I used it was during the day . I had an AF episode early evening. No idea if that was actually the cause but I never used it again.
You know you're wired when...
You play MP3 files on your pacer.

I had to Google what one of these was, and found that they work by electrical stimulations. As you rightly say, in their FAQs they state that anyone with an electronic implanted device such as a pacemaker cannot use them, and personally I would not use anything that electrically stimulates any part of me.
