Why is my pm not keeping up with bpm it 1 or 2 low at cardiologist and hospital its only 3 years old medtronic

Not sure I understand your question, are you saying your rate is sometimes one or two beats below the lower limit? That's perfectly normal. It's not actually set in beats per minute but rather by the second so over the course of a minute it may work out to a few beats over or under.
