Weird pains and uncomfortable feelings near pacemaker and arm

I've had a pacemaker since I was 4 days old... I'm now 20 and I just moved across the country from California to Kansas. And when I arrived here I noticed that my left arm always felt sore or tired as if I've been working out, And along with this I've felt the center of my chest have pressure and then it goes away after a while. And I've had the same pacemaker for about 6 years now and I've just started to feel these sudden spasms around the location where my pacemaker is located. And on occasions if to much pressure builds in my chest I get really dizzy and everything seems to move in slow motion for a few seconds before my mind catches up. Could anybody help with this... My doctors say it's nothing they've taked blood and have done x rays on my but have come up with nothing... Just not sure what to do about it anymore.
