feeling weak and dizzy, irregular heartbeat

Hi guys,

In April 2017 my 60 year old mom had a pacemaker put in due to heart beat being very low, 24!!, after investigation, she also had a heart block. in Septemebr she was diagnosed with sarcoid in her lungs and heart. she has been put on prednisone. she is diabetic and hypertensive for the past 10 years. I understand that prednisone can increase blood sugar and pressure, b/sugar was 28.6 and the dropped to 2.2. on sunday she was wek and dizzy, we took her to the hospital, they have now found out that she has an irregular heartbeat, her pm is set at 60, the monitor that they have her on is showing heart beat rangeing from 47 to 79. the doc says he is keeping her on to monitor the rate. she had cardiac bloods done with came back positive showing a number 18 (no idea what tha means), her white blood cell count is elevated and bloods also shows signs of decreasing kidney function. ANYONE OUT THERE THAT CAN HELP, PLEASE. the doctors havent told us anything about her condition and we cannot meet with them, as it is a government  hospital, they see the patients only. and my mom doesnt understand.  PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.

If her pm is set at 60 and heart monitor shows below I. E. 47 than pm is not doing its work. Suggest to check with pm technician. Most likely it is lead issue.
