Merlin

Good afternoon,

I have a Merlin 1150 transmitter, I also have a landline, I want to get rid of the landline and have been reading about using a wireless 

 

so my question is....

Have any of you connected your transmitter to a wireless adapter and if so, which one are you using?? I don't want to pay a monthly fee using St. Jude's adapter and the only calls I get on my landline are telemarketing!!

I was told you need the land line, at least it will not work with U verse or through my cable wireless, my land line is only $26.00 per month

I have a wireless adapter with Merlin. Works fine. I'm not aware of being charged monthly for its use.
