It's been 8 weeks since pacemaker was inserted. Last week my knee joints and lower legs began to ache and tingle off and on. Has anyone had issues with legs after surgery? I took extra CoQ and vitamin D. It seemed to help my joints a little but my legs from the knee down to my ankles still ache and tingle off and on.

Doesn't cause everything

Having a pacemaker doesn't mean every single thing that happens from now on is caused by it.
The pacemaker helps your heart to pump regularly and up to speed. That's all it does. Only the heart is directly connected to the pacemaker and only the heart is directly affected. The pacemaker indirectly helps anything that is improved when the heart pumps better and blood supply is improved.
I'm not a doctor but I don't know of any reason that having a more normal heart rate would make legs tingle.
