Only if their chemistry is compatible and they can make an electrical connection!!

Shouldn't be a factor, tho I think it would be kind of cool having a spouse who totally gets pacing.

Two with PMs

Why not?? If you both truely love one another, what's the difference? Atl least you both would be able to understand each others need for the pm as well as talk one on one about any issues with pms.

what does a pacer have to do with it?

I dont understand what a pacemaker has to do with it.  If you are worried about your children, well just like any other medical issue you may or may not have it could pass on.  Myself and I know others here have pacemakers for something that is not hereditary, and not something we can pass on, was a one and done issue.

Pacemaker, male pattern baldness, missing a limb, doesnt matter...What matters is how you feel about each other and if you, personally, can carry the burden of whatever your partner has, bad breath, big feet, whatever.

Thankyou all

Marriage and both having a pacemaker

Advice: Make sure your rate response is turned on.

There are a few genetic problems demanding PMs.  A cardiologist would be able to advise whether your condidtion is inherited, and the type of inheritance. Most conditions can be screened for. Forewarned is forearmed!

My Mother had a PM and atrial fibrillation. Me too.

My hypertrophic cardiomyopathy has a 50% chance of being passed onto children.

Of cause marriage does not equal procreation, though it is fun trying.

Sometimes a device must be tuned a few times before it is right. My cardiologist said it is like fine tuning a car.
