So I tld you that I had two pauses of AV Block II, but the docs said I did not need a PM. Anyay are scheduled to do another monitoring january.
Now, I have become more aware of everything "herat".
So this is a weird one. If I check my pulse on my neck. I feel its steady and nice. If I then "pull the edge of my ribcage, and let go" (i know, sounds weird), there is an actual delay in the reythm/pulse. Like : babam -- Babam -- Babam -- (then I pull and let go) Babam -- Babam -- Babam --.
Earlier I thought the sensation it gave me, was muscles kinda letting go of a cramp-like sensation, but now I think theres more to it. I think the heart actually does take a pause (checked many times) when doing this. Now I tested on my girlfriend, lol, and she had same response. However, she doesnt feel the "rush" or relaxing sensation that comes with it for me, and I can provoce this pause by manipulating/touching / pressing the ribcages too. Can this be stops? AV Blockages?

AV block means the atria beats but the ventricle does not keep up. You won't feel it in your pulse because the ventricular beat is what we feel. Sometimes it just misses altogether, sometimes it beats 2:1 or 3:1, sometimes it beats at random.
The pulse is always going to feel different depending where you check it. That's why cardiologists use a stethoscope but then also check wrist, ankle, neck, groin, etc.
It's common to be much more aware of your heart rate and every little symptom, especially when it's new or you've been having recent problems. Most everyone has little irregularities, you probably did long before this, you just didn't have a reason to be paying attention. Try not to let it drive you crazy!
