30 day monitor

I just got done with a 30 day monitor cause I am usually 100% paced in both sinus and av node but after my last interrogation I started having tachycardia again and sometimes I am atrial sensing instead of pacing which causes a great deal of pressure and chest and in my back between my shoulder blades. I'm currently waiting for the dr to call to talk about the report, I know I lost 4% of atrial pacing and I had a run of VT during the night while sleeping. Has anyone ever experienced this? I have had 8 ablations in the past due to new pathways in the sinus node I'm assuming that is what is happening again. I would love anyone's input! Thanks

Your doctor can explain exactly what is happening better, but if you are having tachy runs, that's probably all you so you wouldn't be pacing then. That's the sensing, when it sits back and watches because you're beating on your own. Sounds like you've got some seriously stubborn pathways!

I have very stubborn pathways, dr called me today and has referred me back to the dr that has done my ablations, on my monitor it showed I was not pacing when I had symptoms. ...I could of told him that, and that I had a couple runs of VT so I guess I will see what my old dr has to say. He is probably going to be surprised to see me back with my old issues
