I read recently about a researcher who was proposing a new way of attaching peacemaking leads which as I recall was not start in the ventricle. I was going to read it later, but can't find it. Any help?

Good to hear

That is really good to hear! Most folks don't realize the significance of this lead placement procedure. I think that if they did, everyone would be advocating for it. Just the mere fact that you don't have to insert a lead through the tricuspid valve is enough of a benefit to warrant it, but increasing and/or improving the longevity of the hearts pumping efficiency is enormous.

HIS Bundle Pacing
by Good Dog - 2016-05-25 08:05:01
I think you are referring to HIS Bundle Pacing. It is interesting in that there would be no lead in the ventricle. There are many advantages, but for some reason, doctors don't seem to be too anxious to do it.
Here is an article (assuming this is what you were referring to)
