When laying flat in bed I can feel twitches which I've been told it's a nerve going to my diaphragm being triggered. It goes off after a while and doesn't happen it I'm propped up with 3 pillows which hurts my neck. During the night I take one away and all ok. My resting heart rate is 40 but my pm is set for 45 after an adjustment from 50. Has anyone else experiences this

Sometimes they can tinker with the settings so you don't feel it as much.

I am just thankful that I am alive and that even though I have this pacemaker it is not the end of the world.
Me too

I know exactly what you are talking about. It happened to me when I got my pm last year. For me they fixed it by moving the lead with another surgery but before that they turned the voltage way down and eventually turned my ventricle lead off since I didn't need it. I would ask your pacemaker technician to tinker around with the settings until you don't feel it anymore. It takes time but there are millions of different combinations of settings they can use to get that feeling to possible go away.
Hope this helps!!
