My Pacemaker was implanted on 2/8/2016. I have neck pain once in a while in the very front of my neck and I never belched or burped before the PM...now it seems like that is all I do. Anyone else? Francesca

Although it may not be pacemaker-related at all, burping / hiccups can sometimes be caused by the lead sending impulses down the phrenic nerve which makes the diaphragm contract.
Sometimes a simple alteration of the voltage can fix it , as snorko says you need to have it checked out.
Best of luck

I have had my pacer since 2005. At first it ruled my life. It took some time to calm down and make the mental adjustment. I had trouble sleeping and I worried a lot about pulling wires. Now I just live my life as I wish.

Sounds like your PM may be messing with one of your nerves. Could be from the actual placement, or it could be touching a nerve that keeps setting off your symptoms. I would make an appt with your cardiologist
