Sharon's Update

Hi pacers,
Well, I saw our wonderful Sharon today at the hospital (the same hospital she had her PM implant) and her knee replacement went well.
She is in good hands. The nurse on call was very nice to her and he said, "I just met her when I got on shift today, and she is just lovely", so as you can see, she has that instant effect on people.
She wanted to tell all of you that she truly appreciates all of your thoughts and prayers, and that you are such wonderful people on this site....but I think that she was still coming out of the anesthesia, LOL just kidding. I agree with her 100%.

Sharon looked great! Especially for someone having her knee replaced. She was all smiles and she looks ready to bounce back in no time.
I didn't stay long; I was probably bugging her patient roomies, lol.
Anyway, she wished that she had her computer there with her, but I told her I would relay this message for her. So, there you are :)

I feel like a square peg in a round hole here with all you girls....but I have to add my best wishes to Sharon ..and hope all contiues well for her...she seem's like a great lady and is always here for everyone take care all ..Peter

I'm so glad Sharon did well with her surgery! How nice of you Valerie to let us all know! I hope she continues to do just great!

it is so good you got to meet her. she was probably just thrilled to meet you. it is just wonderful. i heard two women in the grocery store to-day talking about the one's husband and how he got this pacemaker and it was all hush hush. too bad people don't realize how wonderfull it is and that there is life after. some twists and turns sometimes but life. i wanted to say well i have a pacemaker but i didn't some people are actually i have found afraid to be around me. lol lol

...for the update. It is so great that you were able to go see her. It must have been such a pleasant surprise for her, to finally meet you in person. : )
I'm glad to hear that her surgery went well. I hope she has a speedy recovery.
I'll be watching for her to come back on line.
