I'm confused. My HR is low ~40bpm when I'm playing with my dog or out jogging. My HR should be high but it's been low during those times. My HR goes back to normal after a couple minutes after taking a break but I cant understand why I'm beating low... Should I have my settings changed? call a tech and explain?

How are you checking your HR. If you are only using a monitor check your pulse to make sure that it is right.
And how do you feel during this times?

YES ,do set up an appointment and do adjust the PM ..Most seem to need at least one "tweaking or adjustment" .
And exactly how good you are feeling is paramount .

Did it again this evening, and down to 40bpm. I sent in a device report and will call them tomorrow. Thanks for the quick responses. Getting used to this thing is frustrating...

ICD lab said to come in first thing Monday to see what's going on. They could see the report I sent and said I was low and she was going to ask the DR for an opinion. Hopefully it's nothing serious because she didn't tell me anything other then come in Monday morning.
