Felt great for 2 days, but it didn't last

I had a bi-ventricular pacemaker implanted eight days ago. Four days after the procedure I was feeling great, probably the best in two years. It only lasted a couple of days, and am now feeling weak and tired, as before. Does this mean something has gone wrong or am I just being too impatient?

History:-

I am 71, live in UK, and I had a heart attack 3.5 years ago. I was diagnosed with moderate heart failure a couple of months ago, and eventually got to see a cardiologist ten days ago. She did an EGC and then seemed to forget the heart failure and said I needed a pacemaker, which was implanted two days later.

As well as the moderate heart failure I apparently have 2nd degree heart block type 1 and 3rd degree heart block, but I don't understand why the third degree does not cancel out the second.

The time has come for some PM adjustments .. that and possibily medications .. and better medical care ..

You know you're wired when...

You fondly named your implanted buddy.
