My EP told me he didn't want to make. Me dependent. On my pacemaker because how young I am,but now wants to. What are some of side effect of being totally dependent. On pacemaker can you still do what you want? My EP said I be more fatigue ,I am already that way I crash after any activities.I don't have energy after work to play with kids even on weekends and on Sundays after I preach I crash. And never had this problem till last 2 years.

If you need it, doesn't matter how old you are

Many people here were told in the past that they were "too young for a pacemaker" which is nonsense: if you need it, then you need it, and why on earth should you spend your youth feeling terrible? You didn't say what your diagnosis is, but most of us have felt much better for having the pacemaker.
I am 100% paced, as are many members here, and it's absolutely fine. I am on no medications and there is pretty much nothing that I can't do that I want to do. If you have children, you obviously want to have the energy to keep up with them.
Have you asked your EP for a better explanation of why he doesn't want you to have a PM yet, beyond simply saying "you're not old enough".? We have parents here who's infant children have pacemakers: if we need one, we need one.
Clarification

So a few things need to clarified before we can really help you.
1. Why did you get the pacemaker initially? (I assume you have one.)
2. How is the pace maker programmed?
3. If he wants to "make you dependent" that typically means an AV node ablation, which may require an upgrade of the pacemaker to a BV pacer. So, why is he wanting to make you dependent?

So, my advice is to go about your daily routine and forget that you have a pacemaker implanted in your body.

If you already have the pace maker, I would suggest you get the settings adjusted to where you feel good again---otherwise ,why even have the pace maker. Being dependent on a pace maker is one of the main reasons to have one. I am 99.9% dependent and it is no big deal. It can be set to keep your heart beating above a certain level and you should feel much better, unless you have other health issues. Keep working with your EP until you get to feeling better. Often times, there is a series of adjustments to get it right---don't give up---good luck..
