What do you mean by terrible ekg results, and what kind of irregular? You need a pacemaker interrogation more urgently than a holter. If your rate is in the 30's, you are not pacing for some reason. Interrogating the pacer is the first thing to check to see what it's doing. Maybe a lead has malfunctioned? How long have you had it?
