Noise with arm movement

I am having "Noise" or interference on my PM. It has been going on for several months now. I originally went in to the Dr.s office telling them that I could feel the pings like 10 a day, but that I noticed that it would happen whenever I moved my arm a certain way. Of course not being able to duplicate on demand. It got worse to where I was feeling the pings 50 times a day with 3 or 4 pings in a row. Interrogation showed 1600 noises in the 2 months. PM rep changed settings and turned off something so I only was feeling a few a day for the last month and 1/2 but the last few weeks have been feeling the pings again like 10 a day. Went back today (2 months later) and the interrogation showed 1200 noises in the last month. But this time with every flex of my chest muscle (moving my arm) it shows up on the interrogation. I only pace 1%. PM is 4 yrs old Rep said wires are probably to blame. I got the PM for pauses that caused me to passout and flatline. HAs anyone got any experience with this? Are these warranted?
