Protein powder

Looking for a whey protein powder ...not full of sugar. Also, that does not taste like chalk.

I try to avoid sugar as well as artificial sweeteners or anything else processed/chemical. I like Whole Foods brand, 365. It's cheaper than most of the big brand names, all organic, very lightly sweetened with stevia. I put it in smoothies rather than drinking straight but it doesn't leave a gritty aftertaste.

I tried the ones from Jay Robb, super fine powder and has either stevia or rebiana (can't remember). I loved the taste of it but for some reason it made me super thirsty. Not sure if it would do that to you. My Whole Foods has single size samples of most all of theirs. I bought probably a dozen before settling on 365.

Biggest Loser was my favorite, but my grocery store stopped carrying it.

Trader Joes has it!

Try Met Rx Protein Plus from Trader Joes...I use it daily...1 gram of sugar and 23 grams protein per scoop and it is really good....of course I add the frozen fruit to make it thick and cold. $18 for 2lbs but it lasts a long time.....

They make a zero carb low sugar protein powder. Graham cracker crust is my favorite flavor!

You know you're wired when...

You prefer rechargeable batteries.
