Small shocks

Last night I was awakened by what felt like small shocks or pin pricks in the area of my heart. I am 100% paced because of a complete heart block, have had my pacemaker for 3 years and never had this happen. It worried me, lasted about 15 minutes, with some shortness of breath, but I didn't get out of bed (was too worried to get up)
Has this happened to anyone else? Should I mention it to my EP or cardiologist? I am fine today.

I had something like this early on with my pm. I dont know why it would happen after 3 yrs but mine was due to my pm was doing a checkup at 1 am every night I was getting shocked and my body didnt like the procedure that was happening. The ep just turned that feature off and I felt better right away. I was being awoken every night with a shock,. not fun. I would have them see if any of your settings have been changed and do this by comparing the new ones with the old reports. they can print them for you.
take care.

It may be the first time we've felt a normal heart rhythm in a long time, so of course it seems too fast and too strong.
