Placement

Depending upon where the PM was implanted and your body type, the PM can move. Some people think their PM has moved but it is just were it was placed and natural body movement.
If it was just placed under the skin and you have more elastic skin it can move. We're more likely to hear about it on the forum.
Depending upon what exercise you've been doing it can feel like it moved and you'll have pain in the PM area.
With all the snow I've been shoveling a lot more than I normally do. While shoveling the snow it feels like my PM moves around. After shoveling, I'll have a little pain in the PM area. I'll usually take tylenol to take care of the pain if it is intense enough.
Anytime I start doing activity my PM pocket can hurt after the activity. It can be anything from walking the dogs, to moving wood in the woodshop. And depending upon how hard the activity it can be anything from a twinge to feeling like I have a sharp edged disk in my PM pocket.
With the more intense pain I'll use hot and cold compresses and take tylenol.
Sharp, shooting pains are a sign of danger. In your case I'd still call my EP and check.
