Pacemaker affecting Pace and distance

I have a Medtronic pacemaker (for bradycardia) and use Garmin's Forerunner 110 watch. I often run with a partner who also has a 110 and even though we run side by side, her pace is always 10-15 seconds faster than mine and her distance is .1-.2 miles farther on a 5-8 mile run. I assumed it was the variability of the watches.
Since I have a couple of 110's, I started wearing them both on runs and learned that the one on my right wrist always showed a faster pace (by about 10 seconds) and a longer distance by 1 - 2 tenths of a mile.
Has anyone else had this experience?

One week has passed and I must admit that each day I feel a little stronger.
new to the Tracking stuff

I just got a Fitbit Charge HR for Christmas and really enjoy the thing. I have read a lot about the effect of these types of tracking things on PM's and have not found anything conclusive about causing any issues. They really should not as they operate independently of any other thing and only read not transmit electrical impulses to the body.
