bumped pacemaker/defib

I had my device installed Dec1st 2014. I recently bumped it against my granddaughters chest . It seems to have a little bump and is sore. It this anything to worry about?

Hi Judy13:
I got nailed by my grand neice (two years old) right on my pm site. I swear I saw stars and it hurt for a day or so. That was a year ago, and have not thought of it again. You could put some ice on it, and I bet it is better soon.
