Hello!
I am a new member who was scheduled for an ablation on 11/17/14 but needed a pacemaker instead. The pacemaker was inserted on 11/18 and a waterproof bandage was used. Until this morning, the bandage remained the same color but after my shower today, parts of it seemed darker. My incision itself doesn't feel any different but I am concerned about the bandage which doesn't come off until 11/28. Should I be concerned?
Thanks!

It is probably dried blood from where the incision was made or from the sterelizing liquid they put on your skin, it would be a little darker if it got damp, but really I would not worry,, its 5 days and its probably pretty much healed underneath

Mine changed colors too. I would not worry about it. I noticed mine stayed intact much longer than I expected, several weeks.

A pacemaker completely solved my problem. In fact, it was implanted just 7 weeks ago and I ran a race today, placed first in my age group.
