Beep with Biotronik monitor?

I have a Biotronik Entovis DR-T and have the home monitor for a wired phone connection (no cell service here). Over the last few months, I've noticed an occasional beep, that I first thought was coming from my PM. To make sure it wasn't something else, I've checked and even replaced smoke detectors and other devices that could beep. However, the beep always sound close.
Over the last week, I've narrowed it down to either my PM or the home monitor that is near my bed. It beeps only once, maybe once or twice a week at different times during the night. It is enough to wake me, since I'm now listening for it.
I've found information that states Biotronik PMs don't have any audible beeps to notify one if there's a possible problem such as a low battery like other manufactures do. I've been unable to find much information at all on the home monitoring device. Yet the information I do have doesn't mention anything about beeps that may come from it.
Does anyone have any info in this? I will likely be contacting my DR. about it to make sure it's nothing serious. In the past though, the office has said there are no audible sounds that will come from a functioning home monitor.

Call or email Biotronik. They are very good about answering questions via phone or email; I have contacted them a couple of times and gotten timely responses.
Are your battery lights indicating a good charge?
do call

I have an Entovis as well, first six months I also used a land line monitor.
I never heard any beeps.
I have called Biotronik more that once, it was always fast and helpful.

Thanks for the response. There's no battery in the monitor. It plugs into the wall and connects to an old fashioned phone line. My PM is less than two years old.
I think I'll email Biotronik. I have talked to them on the phone before, and you're right, they were very helpful.
