CRT-D installed on Oct.02/14 First night no problems. Second night when I lay down on my back I could feel a fluttering under my rib cage. I could actually see my stomach moving. Boom,Boom When I turned to my side it would stop. When I stood up it stopped. Any thoughts to what is causing this. Kinda freaking me out.

I had CRT-D installed in July this year. I had similar symtptoms to you. Some nights I could hear my heart pulsing all over my body. I had flutters around my chest, which apparently was a pocket of air that my body eventually absorbed.
Cardiologist told me that the wires from my CRT-D were stimulating a nerve (phrenic nerve) and adjustments were made by PM scientist on my next visit and all was sorted.
The CRT is a foreign device in our body and so our bodies react in different ways. I have learned to ignore any discomforts it has caused and look at all the great things it is doing. Best of all it saved my life.
Good luck you are doing so well so soon. Learn to love your PM.
Kind regards
Phrenic nerve twitching

I have the same problem , it started the first night I had the implant. I have a left bundle branch block. The wire that's going to the left side of the heart runs close to the phrenic nerve. The phrenic nerve gets a pulse from the pacer and causing your stomach diaphragm to twitch like the hiccups. To make a long story short, I have spend the past 7 months getting adjustments without any success. My twitches have gotten so bad at times that you could see my shirt moving.
I will be going back to surgery in two weeks to have everything removed and a new style of pacer and wires will be implanted that has just been FDA approved. It's made specifically for the left bundle branch block problem. I'm not saying you'll have to have a replacement but talk with your pacer tech and they can make the necessary adjustments. It might take several times to get it right. I wish you well.
You know you're wired when...

I had thumping in my chest the first few weeks after my implant when I would bend my head to look down. I told my doctor and they adjusted it and it stopped.
