Can pacemaker's sensitivity affect sports?

Since my last few appointments, (around the last year while my resting bpm has been 55) i have noticed that when i do physical activity, even something as small as a brisk walk (even when it's cold) can lead me to get quite hot and sweat (not a lot but more than i would expect) even though i don't get physically tired from it and i was wondering if this could be something to do with the sensitivity of my pacemaker. for example maybe if it is a bit too sensitive then i could be getting the same chemicals and volume of sweat as a normal person would expect when exerting themselves much more because my heart rate is fooling the rest of my body into thinking i am. i have also noticed that if i am talking while i walk i sometimes get slightly short of breath and have to stop talking a little to regain it, although i do not feel tired or like i am pushing myself at all. If anyone has any idea what this could be or if i should ask about it when i have my next check up please let me know! Thank you

Adjustments

when they first turned RR on my HR at anything more than a walk would go to MAX setting which was 150 and stay. I could not run, just could not push the pace :(, However after they adjusted the sensitivity i am able to run and my HR is much better, it now reacts about as it should when I run
