I exercised for the first time. My exercise was not the walk I take daily but one in which I decided to see what I can do. I played basketball. I ran for at least 2 minutes straight with the only side effect of weak legs. I was recently fitted with a biventricular pacemaker. That extra lead made all the difference in the world as far as having more air and less side effects of chf

It made a HUGE difference in my life. Once I got it, I was finally able to run, and ride my bike long distances.

Sounds like you're doing pretty good to me. Keep up the activity, you'll feel better. But, at the same time, don't push it too hard for the first few months. Give the body time to incorporate the leads.
I can usually tell when I've pushed it too hard, the leads insertion point really starts to ache. The pain is not worth the extra effort.
It used to be with exercise people - no pain, no gain. But when I was in rehab the younger exercise people were telling me if I had pain I was pushing it too hard. So - fatigue OK, pain no.
Glad you're doing so well.
